What does "activities" mean? There is a sign prohibiting activity in the recreational area (basketball court, picnic) after 10PM. We take our 2 welch corgis out at about 11PM and get lectured everytime. They are not barking or making noise

I would think that taking the dogs out to do their nightly business and not disturbing anyone was no foul. When we'd take our dogs on another community section of grass that woman came out screaming at us that it is her grass (which is not confirmed by HOA board). Another time a man followed my husband telling him that there have been alot of dog poo all over the place. My husband was holding a bag of pooo in his hand - he asked the guy do you know what this is? The guy just kept rambling on and on. If you look at the poo it is much bigger than our dogs can produce. Another old b--ch came knocking on our door telling us to throw our news papers away since the next day was trash day. The only reason why we had the newspaper was to clean off our feet. So why are all the visitor parking filled everyday? Why are people smoking and throwing their butts into your patio? I am so sick of living here but since this place depreciated $100K we are forced to live here till the price goes up. Any suggestions on what I should do?
