There are *many* programs that will allow you to print something to a PDF file; too many to list. OpenOffice also can export to PDF which makes things a little easier for those that deal with Word/Excel. As far as any official Adobe program, Acrobat can make PDFs, but it also costs $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.
