What does agricultural science consist of?

Does all matter as we know it (what we see and touch) consist of atoms and molecules vibrating on an equal grequency? If so, what is this science and theory called?

  On a thermodynamic level, that's not true. Temperature affects vibrations, so when you, say, sit on a seat that feels hot, its because its atoms are vibrating at a higher frequency than you. However, you're welcome to indulge into string theory and similiar.
