My account is blocked how do I open?

Email got changed, wanted notifications sent to husbands, not mine. His doesn't work. I'm blocked out. Had to open new account:( How can I get my old account. Im" needtoknow" level 63. I don't want to start at 1 again, Help me please? can ntk be 63 again

    You SHOULD be able to sign on to AB with your old email address and password. Then go to your profile / My Settings tab / Account and change the email address to the new correct one. This should then be the new sign-in. Be sure to submit the change, and then sign out and back in. If you have problems with this, contact the admins.

sometimes if you go to the site itself and contact them they are able to get verification from you. i know that myspace back in the day did this with me.... i had to take a pic of myself my license and fax or email it to them to prove who i was along with the email address that i was asking about and they were able to reset it. was a long process and pain in the butt, but i did get my account reopened.
