I have burned a CD-R with mp3 files. It works in the computer, another CD player and another car CD player but it will not work in my Mazda with a Bose radio/CD radio. I have played Cds that other people made in the Mazda.

Yes but they were not MP3's. MP3 compatible car stereos have come into fashion within the last few years. However, that is only if your' car has an updated stereo. Sorry.
