How do you do a split without hurting yourself?

Even though me and my ex split 18 month ago i still love her. Do you ever really stop hurting inside?

Many years ago, my first fiance dumped me. yep, she did. to this day, i do not know why. Its been a long time and sometimes i still wonder why. You are not alone. it just takes time. A LOT of time.

It's been almost 5 months since my ex-boyfriend broke up with me.... I thought that my healing process was moving kind of slow but now I see that so many people are going through the same thing I am and it sucks...
