Why won't my ringtone work?

T-Mobile Tony Hawk Sidekick LX. How the heck to I get ringtones on this thing? Some people say I cant download them some say I can. I can upload music from my comp to it but cant set it as a ringtone. I've tried e-mailing and texting too. Wont work. HELP!

  I finally got smart and contacted T-Mobile and asked the same questions you have. Some phones are not equipped to handle emails and text messages. i had a Nokia that handled emails, but it was slower than mollasses. i cleared out almost everything and it still did not function properly. only solution was to buy a different phone with better capabilities. Call T-Mobile and talk to a representative. they are the nicest people and will actually talk and help you. T-Mobile has the best customer care service going. wife and i have been with T-Mobile for ten years and they will help you. 611 is the number.
