I have a very mild case of Autism and not many people know this,bc It's so mild...you can't tell.i act like everyone else.Besides mine,what is the most slightest case of autism that you ever heard of or seen?

not really sure where to draw a line between what you call " Mild Autism" and say; a passive developement disorder..If nurelogical or synaptic issues are involved then my answer would be none that I know... if mild autism does not include nurelogical or synaptic problems...the mildest case might be my son. I,ve known people without diagnosis who struggle just as hard in social situations as those listed above....thank you for shareing
