Why should you value human beings if there is no God?

Yes of course humans are highly evolved intelligent animals, the truth is every living thing has value. And the sooner people realize this, the better. People think they have this great value because we have basically are the rulers of the planet, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't value the lives of all living things. Sadly, most people like to destroy everything they see ruining everything for everyone including themselves.

Humans have an even greater intrinsic value without god. If heaven is real then the death of a person is meaningless because they exist for eternity. However without eternity that person cease to exist, no one will ever be that exact same person ever again. What has more value, something that will exist forever or something that once it's gone you'll never get another one?
