Has anyone had near death experiences?

In near death experiences has anyone ever seen heaven or hell like place?

    After heart surgery my heart stopped in the recovery room. I remember the nurse pushing the alarm, chasing my wife out of the room and starting compressions. I was in a place where there appearde to be a very light gray fog, I was warm and the most comfortable I've ever been. I was happy and in total peace. I could hear the nurse calling my namebut she sounded far away even though she was doing compressions standing right next to me. She kept calling my name over and over. It was quite irritating because I was quite content being where I was and I wanted to ignore her. when I finally gave in to her calling me, the first thing I said was, WHAT?!! She later told me that while she was doing compressions I had a smile on my face. There was no light at the end of the tunnel for me, I guess it just wasn't my time. To me Jessus is the light at the end of the tunnel and I must have work to do here before I can go home.

yes. i've heard that people feel a pull and they hear prayers pass them by. i haven't actually died or had an experience with it. but when i was in my first episode of schizophrenia i heard prayers while i was awake. late on i found out my entire family was praying for me constantly. and felt angels and could see the white light around them like an aura. and when i slept i felt a pull that pulled me passed a dark area and into a light. where i was in a white room surrounded by the goddess. and i told her i didn't believe in her. and it felt like she dropped me from the sky. and she left me in another white room where i was surrounded by fog. i said i didn't mean it. and i wanted to believe in her. but she didn't want to pick me up again. and then i awoke. so i've had experiences like the one's that people with an Out of Body experience have had. but i'm just not really believing in any of it.

I have never had a near death experience, not physically at least. But i do suffer from Sleep Paralysis. That is when you wake up during the night but can not move your body, you are awake, you can see all around you, but yet, you can't move and for different people it is different hallucinations. For me it is the feeling that there is something huge lurking in the dark, watching me and is going to attack me and kill me. It really does feel like I am going to die and that there is no way out of it. Thankfully i have it very mildly, so far I have been able to force myself to wake up. Then i saw a video about this and they explained it as if there was a demon sitting on your chest and holding you down. Last time I had it, that is exactly what it felt like and my heart just started to beat so fast it really felt like it is going to stop, at that moment it was all about survival - kind of like in The Nightmare On Elm Street - to wake up, nothing much was going through my head but to get away from the dark. It is quite horrifying. There have been cases of people dying from Sleep Paralysis.
