Other than the hockey stick graph, is there any evidence that supports global warming is man made?

There have been a few ice ages so yes the earth is warming and soon it will cool again. Did man cause it? I do not tend to believe this due to the fact we only started to really produce carbon emissions in the 1800. In addition, would the carbon emission also block out some of the suns radiant heat just as they theorize it holds it in? The big bang theory say the universe is expanding and some think it will slow, stop then start to contract. No. around the year 1850 was the tail end of the mini Ice age. I don't know why it's a shock that the earth has been warming up ever since. If Global warming was a problem, then why over here in Britain have we had the coldest, most snow filled winter for over 30 years?
