Ex hates the dating process/wants companion-told me repeatedly.He was flirty but a gentleman.He hinting/Want Me Back?How Do I Get Him Back?

• We broke up 6 mo ago.We had a great relationship,seemed too good.He broke up w/ me randomly(he's been cheated on in every relationship) I was leaving for a trip & he broke up w/ me & seemed sad.We hung out yesterday.He told me that he wants companionship/someone in his bed - not sex but next to him (although im sure he wants sex too of course) & he dislikes the dating process - someone new/gettin to know them etc.He repeatedly mentioned the wanting someone next to him bit.We flirted but nothing happened (he was turned on being around me but didnt try anything).I'm sure hes lonely, but seems we had alot of fun together as a cpl & yesterday just hanging out.I want him back..If I have sex w/ him will it ruin it? Was he hinting/does he want me back?

  To me it sounds as though he's lonely and wants someone in his bed without the work of a relationship or else that he has issues. Things were good and he broke up with you? Why wouldn't he do it again? I'm a firm believer that an ex is an ex for a reason. He may be a very good friend, but that doesn't mean you should be together as more. Listen to your heart and if you have doubts, don't ignore/justify them.
