im 16 and i passed my written test first try and my driving test in 5 mins first try...i never studied or anything but i grew up in the country where not many cops were arond and drove with my parents when i was 13 and 14 years old...so it's possible but it's up to you...i live in NC

I know that in Colorado, the over eighteen driving test is very simple to pass the fisrt time around. I had a driver's permit, but not for very long before I passed the driving test. I really hope that when you decide to start driving, you know your ready. It seems like a simple task, but really you are holding the lives of everyone that is on the road in your hands. Easily. In California, at least, you have to pass a drivers training class in order to get a pink slip to bring to the DMV. At the DMV, you have to pass the written test. Then you will get a drivers permit. There are usually at least one school in the area that offers driving lessons. I think it's after six months (or maybe they changed it to a year) of driving with your permit, you take the written and the practical test. It's honestly not that hard. ^^is for those who are under eighteen getting their license in California. I don't know the over eighteen requirements.
