What kind of crops can be planted using organic farming?

From the few experiences you had with Farmville's new "co-op farming", how does it work? Who harvests the crops? Who plants the crops?

  • The job seeker or the job-owner? i.e. I start a brand new job. My friend joins the job. In my example, "I" would be the owner, and "my friend" would be the "job seeker"(the one who found out about my job and has recently joined? Give supporting details from past experiences using this application? There isn't any info on this, since it is very new to the community!

    I've had co-op farming for a few months now, and I know a little bit about it now. Each member who selects the job, PLANTS and HARVESTS their OWN crops.
