Would you take something from an abandoned place knowing it will just sit and get ruined?

[ZJ396 - 16-17 years old - male] My friends and I found this old warehouse that is abandoned. We know it is because it leaks and everything is old and dusty and it and the factory it is part of has some of the windows broken out and stuff. There are some old for sale signs too. There is some stuff in there that my friends and I think is neat and the place left behind when it left, and I know some people that could use it. They think it would be ok to take some of it since the place is abandoned and noone would notice unless we got caught. The stuff would just go bad from sitting there because the roof is leaking in parts and some of the floors are going bad. What would you do? They even have a plan to do it without getting caught if we do.
