I am training to be a lifeGuard i have my swiming down but i need help on my breathing how can i fix this?

Answer:
One thing that helped me included Cardiovascular workouts, walking, biking, slow jogging outside or on a treadmill and even lap swimming. I know some of these don't sound like they would help your breathing however all of these do. Biking requires alot of endurance especially distance riding and the jogging helped me fine tune my breathing. It doesn't have to be fast running or biking or swimming but it will help to build up your breathing habits. Good luck
