Do you use twitter to make customer complaints for airlines, defective products, poor service, or just to tell others?

    No. Waste of time. If I have an issue, I contact someone who can actually do somethihng about it - the company.

I know what a tweet is. And I know it is easy to ignore. When I have an issue, I want resolution. The fact that someone sees a tweet with a complaint doesn't mean they will respond at all, much less on demand. If you want to be a tattle tail, whining about how bad a company is, then tweet. If you actually expect your problem to be heard and dealt with, contact the company directly.
