Open Microsoft Word 2007. Click the "Microsoft Office" button located in the top-left corner of your screen, and then click "Word Options." Select "Proofing" in the left-hand pane, and then click the "Custom Dictionaries" button to display the "Custom Dictionaries" dialog box. A list of your custom dictionaries appears on your screen. Select the custom dictionary you wish to edit, and then click "Edit Word List." A list of the words contained in the custom dictionary is displayed.
