Start the Import and Export WizardInsert the removable media device containing the .PST file, such as a CD or thumb drive, into the computer unless the .PST file is already saved on the computer. Open Microsoft Outlook. Click on "File" and select "Import/Export." Expand the "File" menu completely if you do not see this command. The "Import and Export Wizard" opens.Import the FileClick "Import from Another Program or File." Click "Next." Select "Personal Folder File (.pst)." Click "Next." Click the "Browse" button. Locate and select the .PST file you want to import. Click "OK." Select the top folder in the .PST file hierarchy to import the entire file.
