Which is the difference in a textbook that has a "high school binding" and different ISBN numbers for "college edition"?

I need a textbook and I've noticed that there are 4 different numbers. There are two ISBN's (10, 13) which are a "high school binding" and 2 different ISBN's (10 & 13) which state they are for "college edition". What is the difference between the high school binding and college edition? Are the textbooks the same and could be used for either course. It is a precalculus book but I can't seem to find the "high school binding" edition out there.

The cover of the textbooks look identical so I'm confused. Are they different versions of the book?

My guess is that the high school binding is stronger (better stitched) because they figure that high schoolers are more likely to be physically abusive. The 978-ISBN and regular ISBNs are the same thing - the ISBN people went from 10-characters to 13 character ISBNs a couple of years ago, and many books show both versions.
