I would say to start by making a portfolio. Here's a link for info on that. Next I would go around to local modeling studios and if you don't have any locally, start looking online. Just Google modeling agencies to see what you can find. Remember, according to Tyra Banks, if they want you to pay anything upfront, it's a scam. She said on TV that if they want you, they will pay for you upfront and let you pay them back.
