Can't remember name of book bout girl who moves w/ her mom into house that's haunted by a boy ghost who has a motorcycle

  • The book was written in the 90's and there was a sequel to the first book. The girl makes the ghost upset by painting his gray bedroom pink and then runs away and is almost attacked but the ghost saves her. In the book the girl's best friend's name is Susie and I think the main character's name is Angel? The ghost is still around though because he was blamed for something he didn't do like robbing some one before he died. Also the mom buys and runs a diner called the blue moon diner.
