How do I get the time off my tv?

Anyone had AT&T U-Verse TV? If so, how is it when you compare it to what you get from a cable TV company (Time Warner)?

  • My 2-year sweetheart deal with TW runs out in a couple of months and if I can't get another one from them, I may be forced to go with AT&T (a company which I wish would go straight to hell where they belong!). If you've had the U-Verse stuff - any good or is it crapola?

  • Answer:

I used to work for AT&T and honestly a lot of customers really liked the quality of the U-Verse service. Now believe me, I completely understand your negativity towards the company - try having worked for them! I heard from the customers that it was a little spendy but again, a lot of them really liked the quality.

We love it. You can pause and rewind live tv, record movies and shows. Watch on demand stuff. From the initial sales visit to the install, and then couple times I called tech support- their employees have been super helpful and friendly. And my bundle costs less than Comcast did. Never have to sit through commercials anymore, which is heaven.
