How do I remove personal AV from my computer?

My computer is infected with AV security suite . When I go to internet sites to see how to remove they don't look trustworthy. Help

  I checked a couple of sites on removing AV security suite and they recommended Malwarebytes. I use Malwarebytes myself and like it....I use the free version. Here's the link http://www.malwarebytes.org/ Good luck and I hope Malwarebytes does the job. You can manually delete the files but it can be tricky.
