How do you hold a largemouth bass that keeps flipping?

I'm trying to take photos of them but when I hold those bass, their teeth about cut my thumb everytime. Most I catch are between 1-7 pounds. Please answer, no goofing off.

pull him out of the water with a net then hold him by putting your fingers in its gills and use the other hand to get the hook out. i have seen my daddy do it many times :)

Use gloves. I have found that if I am wearing cloth gloves the fish stop struggling. I don't know why, but they just calm down/give up if I am wearing gloves. Gloves give you a better grip too.
