Why does this girl I like have her Facebook friends list hidden?

  • So there is this married lady who I like in college who sent me a Facebook friends request. Of course I accepted it but for some odd reason her friends cannot be seen, just her siblings, cousins and mother. Is she covering her tracks by not allowing people to see her friends (specfically her husband)? Or could it be I'm the only one blocked from seeing her friends? Is there even such a feature on Facebook? Would her friends know that she added me even though I can't see her friends list? Somethi

Why don't you ask her? I think she would know about her reasons far better than anyone here, as all anyone could do is guess her motives. I doubt there is anything sinister going on. Some people are just more private. Ask her and get it over with. And, if she is married, why should you care anyway?

She has the option to block everyone or specific people in her privacy settings. Maybe she doesn't want hubby to know she has male friends, whatever the deal- sounds like bad ju-ju to me.

More than likely it is NOT directed at YOU personally, but directed at the world - she must be worried about her privacy. Her friends can see all her other friends.
