Where is Windows Mail or Outlook Express in Windows 7?

How can I open exported Internet E-mail Message files that open with Outlook Express on a Windows Vista operating system

  • All exported e-mail folders are viewable on a Windows Vista operating System (WVos), but the Internet E-mail Message files within the folders are not viewable on a WVos: at present I can only view them and open them on a Windows XP operating system. The files are set to open with Outlook Express Rather than Windows Mail. There is no option on a WXPos to convert to open with Windows Mail, & on a WVos the folders appear empty, so files cannot be converted to open with Windows Mail.Any Suggestions?
