Does preparation H actually work?

Has any one had same problem as me... I have 2 kids the youngest is 1 year old, and my stomach stretch marks are like really bad, I weight 130 and have alot of loose fat skin... alot of people tel me to work out, and put preparation H- to tightened stomac

    I feel your pain. My daughter is 3 now and I gained 70lbs when I was pregnant with her. My weight is back down to 115, but the stretch marks on my stomach are terrible. I look like a bear attacked me! I too have a lot of loose skin and nothing seems to work... including working out. :( I've tried the creams and still they are there. I consulted a plastic surgeon but he said that since I had a c-section, it would mean they would have to use the same scar to try and tighten the skin and the scar was not really in a great area. He told me to save my money and live with it, but now I'll never wear a bikini again. :(
