Can I download university of Phoenix school books to my kindle?

Just talked to a Tech Support person from U of P and the short answer is no. Protected books will not work with the Kindle but the unprotected books will. Most of the books used for classes are protected so the kindle will not work for this school. However, tech support informed me that they are working on making the books available for the kindle in the future. No exact dates right now.
