How to clean the buttons on a phone?

My old phone buttons are giving me trouble, so I got a new one, but it has a new # can I put the sim card in & if so how

If your old phone has a slot with a SIM card in it, pull off the cover and pull the SIM chip out. If your new phone has a SIM slot, pull off the cover and push the card into the slot in the new phone. If neither phone has a SIM slot, you can either transfer your numbers by manually typing them into the new phone or take the phone to a shop and have them transfer the contacts for a fee. If you ask nicely they might do it for free. If one phone has a SIM slot but the other doesn't, you have to do it as explained in the previous paragraph.
