I'm with the poster who said to replace the wire. Then pull your positive cable on the battery and leave it off for a while to reset the computer.

If you havent moved the car yet, the light may go out once you do. If the light stays on your may not have repaired the wires correctly. I work in ABS for a car company and I would suggest you spend the moneyto replace the wire. A repair in that section of wire will be very hard to get to last. The wire there moves with the suspension all the time.

If you do need new wheel bearings, you can save some money by buying them online at http://mibearings.com It sounds like the ABS wire was incorrectly repaired though.
