Any one here tried the latest drug on the market? Ivory Wave, Bliss, White Lightning and Hurricane Charlie. How’s your health? Do you think this will spur the government to legalize "safe" drugs…Ganja, Doobie? All these cute names…all come from kids. What can’t we Old Timers come up with cute names for our pharmaceuticals? Cum Deem for Cumidin. Or Vibrant Staff for viagra?

White Lightning ain't new. they been making that in the south since prohibition or before. but to answer your question, I think it will spur the government to create a new class of drug law aimed at taking out people who work to create "new" drugs in order to avoid narcotics laws.

What about "Vibrant Staff"….tried that yet?

If I had my druthers, I'd rather go with something I know rather than what I don't know. In my youth I experimented with mescaline, and that was enough for me.

Vibrant Staff is a word I’ve coined (I think) for Viagra and Skinny Vampire for Cumadin.

I think only half youe details were there when I first answered, or I had a bad reading morning. - cutesy names for drugs are nothing new. I prefer using the original generic equivalent name: Mycoxafalin

I remember some of the names we used for our version of designer drugs-- and drug dealers: Thick Larry sold the best acid because he got it in liquid form, then used an eye dropper to apply it to vitamins. It was a given that anyone who cared enough to provide vitamin C for his clientele also had the best product. I'm not sure exactly what Larry's nickname meant, but he was neither fat nor stupid; and it was his ex-girlfriends that hung it on him. To this day I regret never, uh, looking into the matter.

Hi MsConsuelo, I asked the question after I read and heard of a new drug sold over the counter, legally, as bath salts. The street names are those I described in the details. Apparently none of the answer’s were aware of "bath salts" drug.
