How do I cancel a shipment I have just recently sent out?

How can I cancel order?I keep getting a message saying I can't cancel, but they never confirmed shipment, and not relpy.

  • My stuff was supposed to be shipped like a week ago on Amazon, and the seller never confirmed the shipment, but I keep getting this message: This portion of your order is being prepared for shipment and cannot be canceled or changed. I don't know if they'll ship it or not, because I tried contacting them about it but they never responded. I want to cancel because I won't get the item in time for school, and would just rather order it from someone else.

    I take it this is an http://Amazon.com order? Just call them: 1-800-201-7575. However, if the order doesn't show in your order history, it is likely it never went through. If you *do* have an order number in your history, be sure to have that for the customer service person when you call. Kat
