Trying to gain weight. What's the most healthy effective way?

About 4 years ago, I lost about 25lb. I was never fat but was bit muscular weighed around 165lb back then. Now I'm stuck at 135lb and trying to gain weight. Nothing is working out and I never get hungry:(. If I do get hungry, the hunger only lasts for about 5 minutes then I just forget to eat.

Well, when I was in college I weighed 135 and was 5'7" and I didn't have an ounce of fat on me! I looked damned good! If you don't want to put on fat, I would suggest you do some weight lifting and running to put on muscle mass and increase your weight that way rather than just eating donuts and cake.

The healthiest way to gain weight is to build muscle and you do that with increased protein. You want the protein to come from vegetable sources rather than meat.
