How to curve text in Microsoft Word?

In Microsoft Word 2010 when using the FIND button to locate text inside your document, how do you specify Upper Case?

  • In earlier releases of Microsoft WORD, when clicking EDIT, then FIND, you would type in the text and you had the option of choosing LESS or MORE in order to look for instances of the text in your choice of Upper Case or lower case. This feature, which I cannot find in WORD 2010, was a very valuable tool when proofreading and editing documents. Thanks for any help on this.

  • Answer:

On the right side of the "Search Djopcument" input box is a down carat. Click this and select "Options." Here you can specify things like "match case." HTH

I must have been tired. I meant the "Search Document" input box.

I must be REALLY tired because i have never seen the down carat to which you refer. I don't doubt you at all, I just can't seem to find it. Thanks for your help. (I am using Windows 7/Word 2010, the standard commercial version preloaded by Dell.)

Sorry. It's a little black triangle (tiny acturally) with one angle pointing down. It is at the very right side of the "Search Document" input box. It looks like this: ▼ Actually I just found you can also click the little magnifying glass that is next to this character. I too am using Windows 7 and Word 2010. I hope you can find it.
