How can I find information on a seller on amazon. All I have is jenrho4. I cannot find out anything about this seller.

reagrding sellers, you need to know that if you had a situation with any of them you need to click on the name of the seller, and it will take you to the seller's profile, once you are there, scroll down till you see contact seller, even if they have a phone # listed you are re quired to send them an email by clicking contact seller, that is for amazon to have a record of you contacting seller. Once you send the email, need to wait 3 business days in order to have the seller's answer, if that doesn't happen amazon will start an investigation called A-Z Guarantee and have the seller to pay you back. Amazon WILL NOT return any money to you because they don't have it, the seller does, that is why they need you to contact the seller in order to charge the them and give you back the money.
