Should I not get the sanyo incognito?

My sanyo incognito is locked in headset mode and i do not know how to get it off

    In the settings manual, you could choose to reset the phone to factory settings. However, this would also erase any ringtones, etc. that you've downloaded. If you don't want to do that, you would have to delete individually.
