How to call Controller from View?

My Xbox controller disconnects when i play Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2. Is there something wrong with my controller or my Xbox. Help Soon!

  • When I'm playing COD, in the menu, i can press any button i want and the controller doesnt turn off but when i start playing matches, i press RT and it turns off every time. Is there anything i can do to fix it or should i just buy another controller?

Yea I took some from my tv remote I actually thought it was my controller charger.

MMine does that too. and I have 2 controllers. mine got really bad tonight so I'm searching to try and find out what's wrong.

Are you sure its JUST when you play COD? because that's a bit strange. Do you have another controller to see if the problem occurs when you use that one too? Its more likely to be a controller issue than a xbox issue. Its alot easier (and cheaper) to replace the remote if that is what's causing the problem. Unless you have the special secure torx screw driver your going to have to drill screws out and after you've got it open there's no grantee that you'll be able to figure out what is causing the problem.
