How do I access Outlook email from more than one computer?

    Open Outlook and select the "Tools" drop-down box from the top of the screen. Select "Accounts." Double-click your main email account, and select the "Advanced" tab when the dialogue box pops up. Check the box next to "Leave a copy of message on server." Click "Apply" in the bottom right corner of the box. Repeat this process on each computer on which you want to access your email.
