Windows Live MessengerDownload and install Windows Live Messenger. Once downloaded and installed sign into Windows Live Messenger using the MSN Windows Live ID. Open a conversation with someone whom you wish to assist or receive assistance from. Select "Activities" from the task menu bar. From the drop-down window that appears select "Request Remote Assistance." Once the Messenger Buddy accepts the request, he will be able to view your computer screen with Remote Assistance.
