Skype supports three-way calling using the 'Conference' toolbar button. Select up to four other participants from your contact list by holding down the 'Ctrl' button and then clicking the 'Conference' toolbar button. As contacts answer your call they will be added to the conference. Skype allows connecting up to twenty five (25) callers at a time - it's called a 'conference call' I personally have only done 3 callers at a time - it worked fine :)
