How do you move the ad from the top to the bottom?

how long after a dogs pups move to were you can see them across 2 rooms and you can feel them will she give birth?

• a small female dog got dropped of on aug, 8th a few days later we found out that she was preg. but earlier today to large dogs tried to kill her after they got into my yard. no bodely damage but a few scratches but we were worried about the puppies at the time it happened and now no vets are open till morning. Her milk ad already come in and she was big but it wasnt till after this happened that we were able to feel the puppies move and they are moving all over the place. She was shook up but that was it and she is breathing really hard now. I am worried about her we arent sure when she will deliver with everything thats happened we didn't know she was preg. or how far when we found her and her bottom area is sticking out like 2in. straight out I just dont know if she will make it till morning to go see a vet or will these pups be here soon? Please if you have any advice I have never had a preg. dog only cats.
