How do most asians do the pen tricks with their fingers? I don't know how to do it. Im double jointed. Are they born to do it or something?

It's a trend now. its called Mawashi or something similar. correct me if I am wrong please. thank you. Its the most basic one by the way. No crazy tricks. You use your index finger and the penis above your middle finger and the lower end of the pen is under your pinkie. Im confused. I should be able to do this.
