Why can't I order facebook credits?

Free facebook credits? What?

  • So today I got a message from one of my friends on facebook... it said "Hi cant beleave what you did in the video LOL" and then had a link to apps.facebook.com/hahafunnyyou/ and it goes to a pages that supposedly gives you free facebook credits... Whevener I go to a new tab and come back another one is there. "hey cant belive what u did in the video LOL apps.facebook.com/hahasofunny/" "hello cant believe what you did in the video LMAO... apps.facebook.com/hahafunnyyou/" So they're all basically the same... and then there's what looks like random letters behind the last slash... So what's going on? I'm almost certain it's not my friend talking to me because he's not stupid and be wouldn't spell believe wrong. And they go offline the second the page opens... so what's going on? The message alerts go off on my phone and this is getting annoying... Any ideas? Thanks.

    Stop going there, that is a virus. You need to run a scan of your computer with whatever anti-virus program you have.

that website is a host for viruses and spyware and im almost certain you dont have a good firewall or a decent secure browser or much less know what im even talking about because otherwise you would know you shouldn't click those links over the last month there has been a increased number or accounts hacked on facebook and they cant figure out how to stop it I got one of those from my 78 year old uncle a week ago and i promise you he has not made a video recently but some serious advise get a good browser if you are going to continue using facebook or any other social website because if not you will be back here within a year asking how do i get rid of this virus my macbook is dead
