Will I be able to play Final Fantasy on my PC?

I don’t usually play PC games (stick to consoles generally) yet I want to play Final Fantasy XIV Online. Game requirements: Operating System: Windows XP SP3, Windows SP2, or Windows 7 CPU: Intel Core Duo 2.0 or AMD Athlon X2 2.0 RAM: Windows XP 1.5GB+, Windows 7, or Vista 2GB or higher HDD/SDD Space: Installation 15GB+ and Download 6GB+ Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce 9600+ 512MB+ or ATI Radeon 2900+ 512MB+ Sound Card: DirectSound compatible; DirectX 9.0c or higher required The 2 pc’s I own are: Laptop (Toshiba satellite L500): Operating system: Windows 7 home premium 32-bit Processor: Pentium(R) Dual-core CPU T4400 @ 2.20GHz Memory: 2048MB RAM Graphics: Mobile Intel(R) 4 series Express Chipset Family Desktop: Operating system: Windows 7 home premium 32-bit Processor: AMD Athlon (tm) 11x2 240 Memory: 2048MB RAM Graphics: NVIDIA Geforce 8400 I’m terrible with computers and I’m pretty sure neither will play the game (especially my laptop). Is there a way I can upgrade either to be able run it?
