I cant seem to get any other files on my mini projector except photo files is this all it can do?

I've just bought a pico pro PK120 And as hard as i try i can only get pictures out onto the wall, I wanted it for text, It puts it in the file for the unit on my lap top but will not some how down load it onto the unit........help
