Which foreign language is difficult to learn and speak?

If you could choose to fluently speak a second language, what foreign language would you like to learn?

mine would be my fourth language: and although ive ealready learned and im pretty good im not fluent to the point that i dont make one or two mistakes : spanish.

Well, Canadian French is not a foreign language where I live, but it is the language I want to learn the most as a second language. I think it would be cool to learn Spanish as well. I also want to learn certain languages spoken by Muslim friends I have. I wish I could understand them when they're speaking them.
