Answer:
I assume this means you have a roof over your head, food in your belly and clothes on your back..right? Legal? You are blessed. Don't you know that? Do you read the papers? Do you know what is going on in the world today? Count your blessings, love your parents and hug your sister. Happy Tuesday kellie. Sixteen and this is what you think is a problem? You don't know how lucky you are! :(

To answer your first question - yes, it is legal. To answer your second question - don't run away with the idea that life is fair.

Yes, it's legal. Your parents are in charge of what happens in the house. Until you can afford to move out and get your own place, you'll just have to deal with it. If you took over your brother's room, he'd have to move in with your sister. Not very practical.

Do you pay your parents rent? Nope? Didn't think so. It's perfectly legal so stop complaining and consider yourself lucky you have a room to share.

Absolutely it's legal. Just be happy there aren't more people living in your room. Get used to the idea that life isn't fair.

You could always sleep in the shed! But if you took over your brothers room, and he shared with your sister, that would not be legal, as your sister is now too old to share with sibling of the opposite sex.

1, Would you prefer to share a room with your elderly Grand mother? Didn't think so. 2, Would you prefer to share a room with me, A 52 year old naturist male? Didn't think so 3, would you rather love your sister and live happily at home with no worries? Thought you might Under English law you are still the responsibility of your parents, while you could legally leave home and if you wanted to you could also get married you would be legally obliged to inform your parents of everything you do until you reach 18 years of age, I have 3 daughters 2 have now left home and have partners but both aid when they first went that they wished they had stayed at home because living away is very costly, great fun at first because it's novelty but then reality comes around and you realise that it's not as easy as your parents made it look. If you would like to chat further about it I would be happy to try and help you with it and my experiences from my 3 daughters Oldest is 27 and the youngest is 14 Finally if your brother is eight years old and never uses his room then where does he sleep etc The thing to remember is that the grass is not often greener on the other side of the fence
