Why won't my converter box work?

I have a new comcast converter box and my dvd/vcr player won't work with it!?

  • We just got a new comcast converter box. We finally got that working with my T.V. but when I turn on the DVD/VCR player we get the message from comcast "we've detected an interruption in your service, please contact Comcast" I have a cable running from the VCR to the box and also from the box to the t.v... What can I do?! Please help!

  • Answer:

    Try running the VCR seperate to the tv with the input output cables, and not through the box! run the box alone. That's how I ran mine.
