Where is the Salvation Army Auction?

The parent of teen who stole Salvation Army kettle: "his Christmas presents will be given to charity" I think this is great do you?

  • A crime of opportunity turned out to provide an expensive lesson for four Addison boys accused of pilfering a Salvation Army collection kettle. The four boys, ages 12 to 15, made a brief appearance today in DuPage County juvenile court after being charged with misdemeanor theft. http://www.chicagobreakingnews.com/2010/12/teens-arrested-in-theft-of-salvation-army-kettle.html

  • Answer:

At this point, I believe that if you steal more than a $1000 worth of anything you deserve to lose, at least, a pinky, though start it at age 21. This not being able to know if someone is a thief is just too much, as it is much easier to steal anymore, and not get caught. The studies of being a thief is very extensive, and grows, as tech. developes.

I think this is great parenting. The kid is facing criminal charges but that isn't enough I don't think. These parents are sending a clear message that this sort of behavior will not be tolerated. I would like to see more parents doing what this kid's parents are doing.
